Brewing just above the former site of Maine Central Railroad’s roundhouse, it only seems fitting for our porter to take on the Roundhouse Porter name. Satisfying the thirst of hardworking laborers in the early 1700's, this robust ale became London’s most popular ale. Brewed with black patent and chocolate malts, lightly hopped with US Northern Brewer and US Golding hops our robust porter is full bodied, black in color, with roasted coffee flavors and a sweet malty finish.
